Don'y forget the 2 supplements that are, by far, the most crucial in preventing ringworm.
SOAP & WATER
These 2 miracle ingredients will stop the fungus in its tracks. Use the water to wet your entire body, and then rub the soap (either in your hand or a towell) to make a lather. Wash your entire body with the lather within an hour or less, following training. I like to use a device that I installed in my home called a "Shower". This piece of equipment make it really easy to apply (and remove) the Soap & Water. Focus on your scrubbing your head, neck, and arms; as that is where ringworm typically plants itself.
Unless the ringworm is some type of super-strain, its going to take a couple of hours for it to harvest in your skin. So wash your smelly assed before you go to bed, and you are home-free!

Also note, it doesn't hurt to have some neem in your soap... so be sure to pick some neem soap at Smallflower.com
